Reunion 2013: F.A.Q.'s
  • How will I know if my registration has been received and processed?
    Registration confirmation will be emailed on Friday’s.
  • Can I find out who else is attending?
    Yes, registrants will be listed by year on our Who's Coming page.
  • Are refunds allowed?
    Cancellations up until the registration deadline will be refunded.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations after October 12.
  • I need help with online registration!
    If you are having trouble with online registration, please call or email the Alumni office at 509-313-5999 or alumni@gonzaga.edu.
  • Can I pay at the door for a reunion event?
    Pre-registration is mandatory for the individual class cocktail parties and dinners.  We strongly encourage pre-registration for all other events, to ensure proper space and meal planning.  Alumni not registered will be accommodated on a space-available basis only for events and additional fees may apply.
  • Are there vegetarian options?
    Yes, at all the meals, there will be vegetarian selections.  Please contact the Alumni Office at 509-313-5999 prior to reunion with any special needs.  We will do all we can to accommodate special dietary needs.
  • Are guests invited?
    Yes, spouses, children, other family members and guests are welcome and encouraged to attend!  Please remember to register & pay for them!
  • Are any of the events child-friendly?
    Yes, children are welcome to the Friday evening celebration and most events on Friday.  Please remember to register & pay for them!
  • Is there a childcare service?
    Not at this time.
  • Will my high school-aged children/grandchildren have an opportunity to learn more about Gonzaga admissions?
    Yes, the Office of Admissions will have a visit day on Friday, October 20 — details to follow.
  • Where should I park?
    All lots on campus will be free for returning alumni.
  • What is the suggested attire?
    Casual and comfortable – bring your favorite Gonzaga wear!!  October in Spokane can be unpredictable and a little chilly.  Dress for Friday and Saturday dinners is business casual to cocktail attire.
  • Are pets allowed?
    No, with the exception of seeing-eye dogs or service dogs.
  • Is smoking allowed on campus?
    No smoking is allowed inside any campus building.
  • Are the reunion events handicapped accessible?
    Yes, but please notify the Alumni Office of special needs by calling 509-313-5999 in advance, as alternate arrangements may need to be made for some events.
  • Will academic buildings be open for campus tours during the weekend?
    Yes and student-guided campus tours will be available on Saturday.
